Answer:
Walking is one of the best and easiest exercises to do. You don't need any special equipment and you won't have to worry about hurting yourself in any way because you can ease into it by starting off with maybe 15 minutes and then increasing it, when you are ready, to 30-45 minutes. You can walk at your own pace and not rush yourself. After walking for a few days, you will feel the difference. It is great because all you need is good shoes and no other special equipment. After you walking program starts, you can then get a set of dumbbells like 3-5-8 lb pairs, and then you can start toning your upper body by doing bicep and tricep curls. For your lower body, the easiest thing to start off with is squats for toning. You will begin to see results right away and the more "unfit" you are, the faster you will see results. Many people, including me, have been able to exercise their way to better health and get control of their high blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes and you can, too. Lots of luck to you!
Walking and swimming.
Running is good because you don't need any extra equipment and you burn a lot of calories. Situps or crunches are good for stomach muscles.
Just make sure you are watching what you eat and are burning more calories than you take in.
I hear Swimming the cool thing about swimming is that the resitance of the water is like a natural pressure. Also is easy b/c you feel lighter in water so you can work out longer. Which is great. Man talking about it makes me want to go swimming and lose a little weight. DO NOT take diet pill expectually if you have diabities. I mean that they don't normally work as well as they are said to and some can be unhealthy.
