It's called a frenulum.
I can't see where it will be a problem, but you should call the dentist on Tuesday (or your doctor's office). You have them where the upper and lower lips are attached as well as under the tongue and where the cheeks attach in the mouth. In babies, the one under the tongue may get snipped because a tied one can cause problems with nursing or learning to talk.
My daughter tore her upper lip one about five years ago. It was a good thing as it was too tight before. She's had no problems since then.
Don't know what it's called your doctor will know about this.
No matter what it's called you need to get to a dentist first ting Tuesday morning.
i had that happen a while ago. you have to get a 13,000 dollar surgery to fix it. and it still hurts like hell every wednesday
